Why You Haven't Heard From Me In A While
Okay, I've been a terrible friend, I know. I don't call, I don't e-mail, I don't even post comments on LJ. But fam, beliieeeveee me, I've got good excuses.
You see, I worked my ass off in grad school this semester, seriously, ass fell off. But man, I got a 4.0 and a (hopefully) published paper. So please don't hate, but I was embracing the not so undercover nerd in me cuz I wanna get paid eventually.
Right, so that's a good excuse for the school year, but why the disappearing act during break? Well, aside from sleeping and family stuff....I been writing and recording that album. And holy shit people, IT'S BEEN RECORDED.
I gotta say it again b/c I've been waiting god knows how long to say it, I FINISHED RECORDING FOR THE MOTHERGODFUCKING ALBUM. AAAAAAAAAH.
It's probably gonna be another month before it's released...we gotta engineer/master/get the CD art complete but it's really fucking coming out. !!!!!!
I just wanted to let ya'll know.
And seriously, sorry for being such a shitty friend lately. If it's of any compensation you'll be alllllllllll up in the liner notes?
