Kira: Fllay ... is still struggling with Kira. There are times when she thinks she wants things to go back to the way they were, but then she remembers how they were and just ends up confused. She's divided between keeping her distance, because she doesn't want to hurt him but feels she does just that, and trying to build something new because she does miss him. So she's settled for being horribly awkward and prone to bouts of anger when he apologises for little things.
Actually, the apology thing is a big deal for Fllay because ... well, she thinks she should have a monopoly on apologies between the pair. It also frustrates her when Kira sort of blows off her big mistakes as though they were minor ones. While she appreciates that he's being so nice to her, she wishes he'd be more open about certain things. To her, everything's just happened and she hasn't really grasped onto the fact that Kira's had a lot more time to deal with it ... which brings us back to the keeping of the distance.
She does worry that he's too trusting - both because of their past and because of Fllay's camp experiences. She's pretty much given up on trying to get him to cut back on the trust and instead consigned herself to making sure the people she doesn't trust don't take advantage of him.
Kira is the most important camper to Fllay, for obvious reasons. She's glad that he seems to be happy and wants to see to it that he stays that way. And she's really just ... exceedingly grateful that he doesn't hate her because she knows, if the situations were reversed, she wouldn't be able to overcome what happened. She respects him a *lot*.
Cagalli: Fllay was jealous of Cagalli before camp. She thought she was trying to take Kira away from her and the whole princess treatment thing didn't sit well. It wasn't so much hatred, I don't think, because they never really interacted outside of a couple glares.
At camp, however, Fllay's grown to dislike Cagalli quite a bit. She's intrusive and her attitude makes it hard for Fllay to overcome her past. Cagalli's is that one, crippling voice that tells Fllay she can't change and she's trying really hard to ignore it.
She has taken note of Cagalli's recent silence and is grateful to her for that much, though she doesn't believe it's something Cagalli's done for her sake. That she's been nice to her the last couple times they've interacted hasn't been lost on Fllay, but she would rather not have anything to do with her.
