pictures and begging.

Last Sunday we went and cheered on aids marathon participants in the Los Angeles Marathon. It was inspiring. I really don't have the skill to put it into words.
After the marathon was over we went back to the APLA headquarters in Korea Town to eat lunch, and along the way we were educated a little about what the APLA actually does. Basically they help people out who are living with AIDS and also afflicted with poverty. There are food banks and mobile dental clinics. There's nutrition programs to teach people what foods will go with the medications they are taking. There's an awareness campaign which tries to educated people on how to prevent
spreading AIDS.

Those of us who are somewhat educated tend to think everybody knows how HIV is spread and how to prevent it. The truth is, some people just
don't know.

Before our visit to the APLA headquarters I was pretty much doing this marathon thing as a personal challenge, but now i'm really into the fundraising aspect. I believe in what the APLA is doing, and I really want to help.

So help me help. Seriously. You know what to do. Click on the picture and put in your credit card number. It's easy and it's gonna make a difference in
somebody's life.
