Day 16 - A song that you want to play at your wedding
Luca and I are listing to the IlkeWedding Playlist. Songs that were played during the "seating" part before the ceremony. Our wedding was a sunny happy lighthearted fun day and it went like this:
Seating music > Ceremony (with Pachelbel, I think) > Ray Charles' Ain't That Love for the recessional (the walking back down the aisle together part) > and then we had Maricachis for the rest of the wedding. In all, it was pretty great, I thought. And I really like the seating mix (there was a Hotel Mix too, but thats a story for another time - I think its day X on the meme). Its a perfect mix of old jazz, old r&b, a little folk, a little indie and a good deal of silly.
