Music In Bed

I like a lot of genres of music, but I was raised on Louis Armstrong (grandfather was a trumpet player) and folk music. Back when the tooth debacle started, I went to a Greg Brown concert and said that I would post some of his songs. Soft, I couldn't find the one I really wanted you to hear. You said you grew up on a farm right? Or your grandparents had a farm? Well, it's called "Canned Goods" and the only good version of it is on an album called The Live One, where he talks about going to his grandparent's farm when he was a kid... It's wonderful.

Anyway, here is a little playlist. The first two songs are Greg Brown, and if you're not into it, skip 'em, cause the next two are Hem and Nickle Creek. I'm in LOVE with the last song.

Out of the Woods by Nickle Creek

I wish you out of the woods
And into the picture with me.
I wish you over the moon,
Come out of the question and be.

If this going to
Run round in my head
I might as well be dreaming.
Run round in my head

I rollercoaster for you.
Time out of mind
Must be heavenly.
It's all enchanted and wild,
It's just like my heart said
It was going to be.

Marathon Design Month update: I went to bed at 6am. I decided to sleep in until the call at 10 that I had to be on. Completely unlike myself, I woke up at 9!!!!!! Wide awake and drabble-reading-ready. WTF? lol. Oh, and the call got canceled. *facepalm*

Pretty please, f-list loves, PLEASE read the drabbles at dramione_ldws  and vote!

(why are my posts always so long?)
