I don't really get to excerise my right to be an asshole very often, but when I do, it's pretty satisfying.

Phone conversation I had this morning (guy was transferred to me after talking to an account rep):

Wow. What an entitlement freak. It must have put all your years of work to good use, staying polite for that guy.

I stopped being polite about 2/3 of the way into it, really. One of the most frustrating things to me in the world is being outright ignored, especially in a professional setting.
