We are waiting for the news service to get on the ball and do something. My cousin is still under heavy sedation and the family is in turmoil. I feel both helpless and devastated as well as frustration that we can not make people work faster, harder more aggressively. Sitting here waiting is just so hard. Every time the phone rings its ominous, will this be bad news or good news and my stomach flips in apprehension.
