my morning
This morning after class i was waiting beside the modern languages building for david and my friend rachel. while i was waiting i saw this!
Now you probably cant tell what that is... And i was a little confused myself, not too sure if what i was seeing was really what i thought it was. but indeed, it was a man with a parrot walking around campus. I ran after him and asked if i could take a picture of him "for my photo class." Apparently he got a big kick out of that cause he grinned and was like "look photogenic opie" so here they are:
After that i took a picture of rachel. so heres that.
I think its a pretty good picture of her. you may have noticed that all my pictures are off center. Its because my camera is crap and doesnt compensate for the distance between the lense and the view finder. but i kinda like them like that. I dont know why but pictures where the subject is perfectly centered annoy me, they seem fake. I like candid shots that look more... i dunno natural. Im no photographer though, i just like my crappy camera. =) it was a good morning.
