Upset me:
The writer's strike effecting my favourite television show namely Heroes, according to my sources the show will now have it's season finale on December 3rd. Sorry that's just wrong!sick in my opinion, I really hope they get things sorted out before then. My mother heard on the radio that they had a strike before back in 1987 I think it was and it went on for 22 weeks.
There is a rumour over at heroes_tv That Tim Kring has actually quit Heroes due to rewriting and reshooting episodes. Is it true? I don't know but it kind of scares me that one of the best shows in years falls into ruin because of some writer's tiff.
All dj43's caps have been taken down from her host due to copyright infringement which totally sucks. Not only are our shows getting ruined, they're trying to destroy the noble art of fanart/iconning. Everyone go to dj_capslock and donate, I would only I don't have a credit card.
Things I take solice in:
Fic: My fandoms are strong and heavy with fic, and you know it's going to explode all over the place once the show goes off air. Hopefully my fic muses will come back and help me with this
Icons: Making icons is surprisingly relaxing, if there is a strike I will start making icons on mass just for funsies!
String Theory: My Heroes home away from home. I'm so happy to be part of this game really and because we're all such hardcore fangirls you know we're going to go into double time without our show to inspire us.
Also we're looking for a Mohinder and a Hiro so if you want in, go apply!
