Well, today was my birthday where I turned 30. So, I'm old now. What did I get for my birthday? Game of Thrones and two my little ponies. Oh yeah, I rule.
So apparently because I'm not working full time, I have to do a course. I'm doing one online so thank goodness for that and the topic actually sounds sort of interesting; tourism! I'll be starting that in a couple of weeks.
My teeth ache, and just keep D: I learned recently that it could be a symptom of the polycystic ovary syndrome. Luckily I have Nurofen, yaay.
Yes, I got The Sims 3: Showtime. I had seen the developer's videos and thought 'Oooh Simport looks like so much fun.' (Simport = Where you can send your sims to other people's games for fabulous prizes/unlockables) The thing is, I can't get the darn Simport aspect to work on my computer. I cannot send my sims out to perform and it sucks, it sucks hardcore. The rest of the game is good but it sucks that one thing doesn't work how it is supposed to :|
Enough of that stuff, let's review some TV!
I should have reviewed this last week but meh, lazy Ally is lazy. So let's see, what happened? We saw Red's backstory, yaaay! In it we learned that Red came from a long line of wolves, brutal ones in fact that the reason she wears her cape is because it stops her from transforming. Really nice of granny to inform everyone of this, so many lives could have been spared!
The hunt for Kathryn continues and it is getting less and less likely that she is still alive D: you know who I feel sorry for? Kathryn's cute gym teacher/Fredrick, they'll never be together now!
Meanwhile Dr. Whale is still around being a creepy creeper and trying to pick Red up. Unfortunately that doesn't work. (It could have worked!) I still think he is the Whale from Pinnocchio. I was told I was taking that too literally but I can see it. Gepetto's wife in Storybrooke couldn't have a child, the whale in Pinnocchio each children, do the maths people!
So yes Red was the wolf and while doing so she managed to kill her hot boyfriend Peter. Poor girl! She won't get her happy ending either! One cannot give body parts true love's kiss. While we are on the subject of Red/Ruby, Ruby was excellent this week being Emma's assistant. The only thing that annoyed me was how quickly she went back to the diner. (Yeah it's her home but still.} Also Red and Snow made awesome BFFs.
Red gets sent out and finds *dundundun* A heart in a box right next to David and Mary-Margaret's picnic spot thus leading everyone to believe that Mary-Margaret killed Kathryn, oh noes!
This episode was great, yo. I loved the start with SNOW WHITE TRYING TO KILL THE BLUEBIRD. Once Upon A Time: Wrecking all your Disney ideals :D And the the dwarves get Snow a kind of intervention, adorable! Also, also! JIMINY! He was actually in the show! Yaaaay I missed him.
Regina continues to be the world's biggest bitch, framing Mary-Margaret like that. Snow must have done something positively eeevil to her to deserve that kind of treatment. Mary-Margaret hires Mr. Gold as her lawyer (He's suddenly a lawyer now?) while Emma investigates the case more.
Meanwhile in Fairy Tale land Snow visits Rumpelstilskin and gets him to aid in her taking out the queen. It doesn't work though cuz James gets in the way (Yay James!) and by the light of the snowy forest they have their first kiss, aww! But then, King George's men take him away, oh no!
Back in Storybrooke it's confirmed that it is indeed Kathryn's heart (LIES! I cannot believe she is dead. That could be a horse's heart for all we know.) and Mary-Margaret is arrested for realsies but then she escapes cuz Regina accidentally left one of her skeleton keys in the cell. I know, I'm reaching but whatever!
Other things that happened:
+ Red the badass wolf girl set upon King George's guards, oooh yeaah!
+ ARCHIE!!! He was actually in this episode!
+ David, David. *facepalm* You need to know the difference between what you see and what you've seen before my friend, in your vision Mary-Margaret had long hair, why do you not question this?!
+ My favourite scene was the one between Henry and August. It makes me question again who August really is. A lot of people think that he is Bael (Rumpelstilskin's son) It's certainly possible.
Next week: The Mad Hatter!
