i'll sell you my soul in exchange for you love.

with nothing to do, i came to a conclusion: make some dinner.
i had a head of cabbage and i knew i needed to use it.

so i cut up a brick of tofu,
spread on cranberry mustard,
sprinkled on cumin, cilantro, and sesame seeds,
and baked at 450.

in the mean time,
i broke up this entire head of cabbage into a bowl,
cut up some mushrooms and garlic cloves,
put some olive oil into a pan and fried some cumin.
i then proceeded to add the garlic cloves and mushrooms.
after sauteeing for a few minutes i added in the cabbage,
then some more cabbage,
then some more!
with a lack of flavor, i had an idea: add red wine vinegrette dressing!
and to top it off, a little bit of monteray jack cheese.

after turning on some spanish jam music (i love WEMU),
i sat down to enjoy.

it was absolutely amazing!
wasn't too proud of the tofu however, but it was still delicious.

all it needed was a bottle of wine to top it off.

moral of this story is: i love cooking!

in fact, i'll cook just about anyone dinner if they want.
all you need to do is possess edible items and invite me over.

and we'll feast!

now i need to decide the fate of the rest of this evening.
