Brothers New Compy
Ok, shit happened with mums laptop (which she uses for work) so long story short MATT gets a new computer. am i the only one who fails to see the logic in this?
What actually happened was mum took matts old compy (which is still good, theres nothing wrong with it...the graphics card just isnt good enough to play matts games) and matt got to 'build his own' with a shiny new graphics card (dont ask me what type/model, all i know is that it works!).
He went to some crazy place in fyshwick (snigger) and came back with parts for a compy (which he didnt know how to build). So he called his 'bogon-nerd' friend (hes a bogob nerd because he thinks that things have to 'look good as well as actually be good'...and hes a playstation whore) to come over and assemble it.
Matt spent all of today playing oblivion (borrowed from one of his friends).
Now im not jealous, infact im exstatic. they dont have to take up 2.5GB of memory for BF2 (i HATE that game..matt plays it too much..thinks he has 'skill') on my compy.
Of course, he could have got it cheaper if he went to the computer fair, but seeming as dad tried to take his to harvey norman (which wanted to give him a compy with graphics card WORSE THAN MINE and vista for over $3000..)and matt built his 'beast' (as he calls it) under $2000, he did better than normal and deserves appraisal.
Now he can get off and give me a go! (Oblivion FTW!!!)
Ok, today i came home and dad has just bought oblivion. He decided he liked it because:
You can model people and it looks cool...
You can shoot things in the head and blood does stuff...
things move when you shoot/push/etc...
My father has been replaced by aliens
Im not complaining!
