So I just made the yummiest smoothie ever and I'm going to write about it here so I don't' forget it.
1 cup lowfat silk soymilk
like 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
1 banana
1 little can of peaches (like the ones they make for kids to put in their lunches)
a bunch of orange-pineapple juice
like a teaspoon of splenda
(Look at me being lowfat. Oh, my mother is so health-conscious.)
