Komui Li, age 29
Memory: Faith, the sixth disciple
Timeline: Comes from some point before the Edo mission/destruction of the Plant. In Komui's world he was never a part of the Order and has been a Noah since about age 17.
Personality: Very religious and very loyal; loves God and the Earl. Has a special hatred for nonreligious people and traitors to the clan. As you might expect, he's kind of an asshole to humans and Order members, and he can be quite the disdainful snob at times; he purports himself like a gentleman and doesn't like things that are dirty, common, or plebeian. To his fellow Noahs, however, he's much more polite, caring, occasionally awkward and even a bit goofy; he loves his family and would go out of his way to help almost all of them. Unlike most Komuis, he knows little about robotics, but he's still a scientist -- chemistry (especially poison manufacturing) is his specialty.
Like many of the Noahs, he's something of a sadist. Generally he's not a great fan of violence and without any standing orders he won't usually attack people at random (although he's not above testing out new poisons and chemical concoctions on random people to amuse himself); but he believes God will forgive anything done to those hateful, sinful humans, so has no qualms about toying with them as he chooses or destroying the ones who get in his way.
He generally doesn't condone palling around with Exorcists; but since discovering no one can actually die in the Dressing Room and being stuck with the general stalemate status quo between the factions, as well as having to get along in close quarters with them every day, he's learned to at least somewhat tolerate having them around... and has made something approaching friends with a very few (notably immaculate_lore). He gets along with Rabis better than other Exorcists, being that although they work for the other side and use Innocence, they do at least make some small claim toward neutrality.
About Linali: Komui's birth sister, Linali, was separated from him at a young age and became an Exorcist as in canon; they've met on the battlefield more than once since then. Komui still loves her in a twisted way, but he's determined to kill her, along with any and all Exorcist Linalis he can get his hands on in the Dressing Room. He believes he'd be doing his beloved Linali a favor by saving her soul from damnation, preventing her from being any further corrupted by the Exorcists, and keeping her from going through the pain of having to watch her other allies/the human race inevitably be destroyed. He doesn't quite understand why she doesn't like him anymore. :D;; If a Linali offered to join the Noahs' side, he might try to arrange for her safety if he thought she was sincere (especially if she claimed "The Exorcists made me! I didn't want to fight for them!") If she was obviously just trying to pull the wool over his eyes, he'd probably go along with it long enough to lull her into a vulnerable position and then attack.
Powers: With a touch and some concentration, he can make objects into other objects -- rebuilding and deconstructing matter as he chooses. This can be used to heal allies' wounds, to summon a weapon out of thin air (he favors a pair of twin daggers), or to destroy parts of his enemies' bodies, among other things. Because it requires touch contact, concentration, and a moment of time to begin/finish, it's not always practical for battle.
