Actually ah... on our roads got a lot of screwed up drivers. Very easy to tell especially if the driver is female. Not that I have anything against them, but just an observation.
You can tell by their pattern of driving, and I think this phrase suits them very well - 看前 不看后, 看左 不看右. Even walking along the streets also you can see this pattern. At the start of every human traffic jam, most of the time it's usually a woman strolling slowly, completely oblivious that she is blocking traffic and worse, creating a human jam that lasts 3 blocks down.
If you are driving at 70/80 km/hr on the 1st lane and the 2nd lane is also driving at the same speed, do you know what will happen? Traffic jam la because no one can go faster than you and they got no space to overtake you. Why these people don't join the 2nd lane instead since they want to drive at the same speed? That is really beyond me.
Then there are those that drive at 80-90 km/hr on the 1st lane but refuse to go faster even when there are no cars in front and a whole pile of cars behind. If you can be a little more automatic, kindly switch to the next lane and let them go first, then you can switch back if you want to (although you will most likely block the next wave and then have to repeat the same action again).
I know 80-90 km/hr is the road limit to most of our expressways but there are always people who need to go faster for whatever reason. If you don't want to break the law, can you please move one side?
If they can overtake you on the 2nd lane, I'm sure they would have done so (and then stare at you), but the 2nd lane definitely will move slower than the 1st, so they can't.
If you are a pillion rider (i.e. ride a motorcycle), can you please don't drive on the lane markings? If you want to drive, please occupy the full lane. It makes the drivers on your left and on your right worry for you and end up you block 2 lanes even though your vehicle is the smallest.
Then there are also people who step on the brake for no freaking reason when there are no cars in front. If you need to slow down, all you need to do is to release the accelerating pedal. If you cannot slow down fast enough, then step on the brake. Must your foot always be stepping on something?
Some drivers are such a pain.
