good news & bad news

Good News:
Ross gave me a spa day to Halina's European Day Spa for Christmas. The gift included a 60-min massage, 60-min facial, and a manicure & pedicure. I finally used it today and it was the most amazing thing I've done in my life. I've never felt so pampered and special. The spa is top notch too. The nail techs have won #1 in the nation by In Style magazine and the spa itself has won numerous awards. Look out: everyone is getting gift certificates to this place for any and every occasion.
Bad News:
I've joined the Sara Perry Car Club. My car was broken into last night. Damn. I lived downtown, on 8th Street, for two YEARS and never had a problem. I've lived in an upscale neighborhood for two WEEKS and I got ripped off. They got me for my car stereo and that's not such a big deal I guess; $200 at best. The thing that pisses me off is that they ripped off the coin drawer that was attached to my car. I had about 50c in pennies in that thing and they tore off the whole drawer. Give me a break. That's going to cost at least $20 to fix. Damn punks. At least they didn't touch my CDs. What would I do if they made off with the new Rocket Summer album?!
