I finally got smart and I taped a movie that I had been waiting a long time for to appear on HBO! :)
Yes! There is a movie that was shown on HBO long time ago called, "In the Gloaming," and it starred Glenn Close. This movie was about a young man who acquired AIDS and comes home to spend his last few remaining days with his family. Glenn Close plays his mother, and she is so good in this movie. Her role in the movie is that she does all she can to spend his remaining time with her.
This movie is so sad, and peaceful at the same time, that it always makes me cry, and this is the 4th time I've seen the movie!
A gloaming, from what I can understand, is a Scottish term used for the hazy, glowing time of day just as the sun begins to set. They capture the gloaming moments so beautifully in the movie. In fact, I was taking another survey, and I got to a question that asked what my favorite time of the day was, and I put down "the gloaming", and I was quite pleased with my answer. I think I will leave the gloaming as an answer to questions like those.
Just came back from work as well. Beverly, my supervisor, let me play manager for a day, because she just started working as a bookkeeper for the office, and she had me help her count tills, and manage money *evil giggle*, and calculate *evil grin*, and stuff. I don't think she should have me do it. I'm not to good in math!
