I have a French test tomorrow, yay. Er, je vais avoir un examen de francais. Bleh.
Le week-end: Friday was great. Minty took me out to dinner again and it was delicious. Then we went to a play that some of our floormates were involved with and it pretty slow-paced, but the acting was great.
Saturday was also nice. Minty's dad took us out to dinner. It was also delicious (or so I thought). His dad is another movie buff, so it was fun talking with him. Minty said it was cute the way we went on about films together, haha.
Sunday was CRAP. I woke up at 6 (after having gone to bed about three hours earlier, at most) feeling like death. Either I got the stomach flu or the Indian spices absolutely destroyed my digestive system. It was horrible. It got better for about two hours Sunday morning, so I was all "yay I'm fine now" and I got up - FALSE. The second I reach the bathroom, I start dry-heaving. Uuugh. So I spent all of Sunday in bed, sleeping occasionally, while Minty wrote a paper at my desk. He brought me food so I didn't have to leave the dorm, too. He's sweet. And just having him right next to me the entire day really did make me feel better. I feel better today, except for the occasional being-stabbed-in-the-stomach cramps. Uuugh. Shoot me.
Today I found out that the schedule I want doesn't work because French 103 is only offered in the morning. Bitch. Oh well, I wanted to take Anthropology of Humor anyway... hopefully I can get in with my crappy lottery number.
Anyway, on to better and more exciting news: Alex and Brett are engaged! I started crying with joy when I read Alex's note. I didn't know I could be that happy for another person. And it's funny I'll be the maid of honor at the first wedding I attend. =P
