Sexiled
Okay, so I have a funny story. There is this guy from China on our floor (well, there are three of them, but that's besides the point). His name is Danni. At one point, I asked Danni how long he had been in America, and he said that he's only been at Carleton. I asked because I was concerned about the lens through which he would be seeing America for the first time: his roommate Alek. Poor Danni is going to be pretty screwed up when he gets out into the real world.
Anyway, the point is that Danni is unfamiliar with American culture and Alek likes to try to explain things to him. This was our conversation at dinner last night (we hadn't seen Jon, who is Ryan's roommate, all day):
Ryan: The last time I saw Jon, he was in his fort with a girl.
Everyone: Oooooooh!
Alek: If you get sexiled tonight, you can come stay in our room.
Kayla: Or you could stay in ours. I have blankets.
Erika: I have a sleeping bag!
Ryan: But who has the best snacks?
etc. etc.
Alek: Danni, do you know what "sexiled" means?
Danny: No.
Alek: Okay. It's when your roommate brings back a 'partner' and they want to get 'intimate' with each other, and you have to leave the room because you don't want to see that. Get it?
Danny: Yeah.
Sometime later that night (Danni and Alek are in their room):
Danny: If you leave the room and I lock you out, you will be sexed out.
Alek: ... Um, no.
LOL.

Danny: I want to go to Target to get a water heater.
Alek: What else will you get?
Danny: I don't know. Maybe I will be attracted to other things while I am there.
Alek: ...
Danny: It's called consumerism.
