You're the monkey I got on my back, that tells me to shine...

sooo i was kind of bad today. went to work, it was fine and i was in surprisingly high spirits despite the fact it was busy as fuck and my waitress cooler was broken. so i had to empty all of it, and walk back to the big cooler everytime i needed like tartar sauce or juice, or anything else that was just as ridiculous. worst part is, despite the repairman coming, it's still not fixed, so it's going to be bunches of fun dealing with it on friday in juncture with dealing with mandy. whoo good times... that was sarcasm. if i could, i'd ditch.

talked to evelyn about getting the 1-5th of april off for sakuracon. i kinda wanted to punch things. i mean the girls and boys and whatever can take entire weeks off, like in the same month that they need them. they just have to give like a week's notice. but hear i am, with the most senority and i can't even take a fucking thursday and friday off 2 months in advance... i mean, are you fucking kidding me? apparently the 'best' they can do is letting me go a bit early on the thursday. yeah okay... what the fuck are you idiots going to do when i actually leave, like for good. as in quitting? because this is just a tad too ridiculous. i should just get my serving it right and apply to places with booze. i'd get longer shifts, more days off and better tips anyway... also i could probably book time off. this is just me assuming, but i think people let you do that. if i book time off like 2 or 3 months in advance, i actually get it. amazing concept.

okay so here's me getting to the part where i'm bad. i need new sunglasses. i don't know what happened to the pink louis vuitton ones. i've lost them somewhere. so i have a pair i really like on ebay, but i thought i'd just check the shops around the mall. well i was dumb and went into the 'favorite finds' boutique. it's this really expensive store that pretty much caters to trendy middle aged women, but sometimes they have really cool trenchs, or 1920's vintage inspired stuff. it's where i got my gray hat with the pink and rhinestone broach on it. anyway, i noticed they had these really cute shoes. they're like these gladiator sandal style stiletto ankle boots by dolce vito. done in black suede and like a dusty gold/silver depending on the light. i just thought they were so pretty, but they are fairly high. so i tried them on. suprisingly they're really comfy. unlike those disaster H&M wedge heels that tore my heels apart when i tried to wear them for the first time. i think i still have scars from that... so my justification? well i had been meaning to buy new shoes, and they were really pretty ♥ they also make me even fucking taller! which is always a bonus. they were like $156. but i refrained from mentioning that when i showed them to momo ;)

i haaaad been looking for new shoes for the madam red gown. like a victorian styled heel that seem to be popular right now. but if i don't find anything, least now i have something that can be a back up? even if it won't match the time period.... all well!
