sooo not much different to report from yesterday. fairly boring day, went to work, did my thing, got home... etc.
at work one of my regulars came in and was apparently concerned because i looked like i had lost weight. it's not something i talk about often, since my weight is a hard topic for me. but it isn't completely uncommon for me to drop and then gain really quickly. i make it a general rule to avoid scales since they depress me, and i really don't want to do the whole weigh myself every day gig like i did in highschool. i will admit i did notice either this past weekend or the one before that that i did appear thinner, but i attributed it to seeing myself with my hair down. today my hair was up and back, so i guess i can't say that's the reason i looked thinner.
i guess i'm developing calluses on the peaks of my fingers in my left hand from guitar strings so they're really sore and sensitive right now. especially my index. i will admit i didn't practice at all this week save for today so i haven't made much headway on my picking. eek! :C
ordered my madam red wig since the auction for the good one was ending soon. i think the colour might be off, but it'll be shaded under a had, so i'm hoping it's not super noticeable. as a side note i need to rewatch black butler, least the ballroom scene since i think the hat is supposed to be black, yet the one i'm getting is red. liv said earlier it's no problem to recover since the design allows for all the seams to be covered in any case.
as for liv, still no luck getting ahold of her. i'm hoping we can talk by this weekend. maybe i'll try tomorrow, or text her tonight asking about a thursday dinner?
