I. reasons why i love my life right now:
1.my dance classes are awesome.
a) i have kirby reed for JAZZ and it's fantastic, besides the fact that it's at 9 am.
b) my ballet teachers actually know what they're doing and remind me of my teachers back home.
c) I LIKE MY MODERN CLASSES!!! so far i've hated my modern here!
d) krenly guzman is already one of the best teachers i've had in my life. he describes things in such a way that they JUST.MAKE.SENSE. he's REALLY going to help me GET modern dance.
e) theory and improvisation is pretty much the cooles class EVER.
f) i get to go to the FIELD MUSEUM for my cross-cultural perspectives on dance class.
g) i saw jeff hancock in the elevator yesterday and he told me he's choreographing a piece at my studio back home over the summer. i'm so there.
2.I'm taking care of myself much better.
a) i go to bed by 1 every night.
b) i drink an energy vitamin water every morning and a revive one during classes cause it has potassium.
c) i'm not stressed out. that's pretty important.
3.the coming weekend will be awesome.
a)FUCKING J.T. left me a myspace message apoligizing for last week and said he'd try to come to the show.
b)PATRICK IS COMING.
c)MARRIOTT POOL/HOT TUB outing reminiscent of last year's swimming fiasco at the pheasant run inn.
d)potential get-together at my house after.
II. kind of crappy things.
1. my ankles have been really cramped up since monday. like big time. really bad.
2. i almost got hit by a taxi when i was crossing balbo today.
3. the line at the bookstore was really long.
4. i need to be sure someone picks me up from the train friday.
5. i was watching kirby's hip-hop class today and i really wish i could have taken it. i've never seen so much ass shaking in once combination. ever. and the song... omg. it was like:

yeah. that would have been awesome.
i think the good outweighs the bad.
and um... i love how ridiculously accurate my horoscope has been the last few weeks:

i forgot to post this the other day. i was in the elevator with ed and we were talking about break. i asked him what he did. he said:
"i just hung out with my friends. but it was great. they bring me back to reality".
