I have allocated the parts from underground necessary to repair King Mosca with the new modifications capable of withstanding the hyper dying will flames for up to 3.52 minutes. That's enough time to neutralize the dying will flames and eliminate the Vongola's Tenth boss, but I'm going to need a few weeks to work on it.
Could you believe it? They have pilfered nano-composite armor required to simulate my original design there, too!

[The Vongola boss had been located earlier curled up in the middle of the street, and Spanner had taken it upon himself to carry the body to his secret location where he'd currently stowed away the King Mosca he'd been working on. He had every intention of seeing the X-burner gloves put into action again, wanting to observe it in its completed form to update his data. To do this, though, he'd have to keep the Vongola's Tenth from running away, taking advantage of his unconscious state to handcuff him to his King Mosca.
He waited for him to wake up, patiently making a few superficial repairs on his King Mosca's armor.]
