Not the result I wanted at all. We should have won this game easily especially after Gerrard put us ahead after four minutes. Green made a mistake but we were kinda sloppy in general in the first half. The second half was better for us but we just couldn't get around Howard. Absolutely got to smash Algeria on Friday and win our group.
At least we were easily the better team by a country mile!

I'm sure the look was mirrored on the faces of millions of England fans. I could hear the yells of frustration from our neighbours. I'm sure they could hear us too.
I've got a sore throat from yelling and there were points during the game that my legs felt like jelly. I haven't felt like that since I sat exams. My sister almost had several heart attacks and I'm pretty sure that this tournament will make us all loopy!
