Bits and bobs.
Legato is worse than a highly hormonal pregnant woman. I don't understand him. He started having hissy fits a few days ago. My brother and dad have had a look at him, ran disk checks, recovery programs... whatever you can think of. We don't know what's wrong with him. He's a temperamental sod. Turning off or restarting when he pleases, sometimes not booting up at all and refusing to run Windows. And other times, like right now, he loads and boots up super fast, and has no visible signs of being a retard.
Curse you Legato, you manipulative, egotistical prick!
So right now he's working. I'm just going to take it easy with him and avoid doing too much that will stress him out. This, alas, means no Photoshop or Painter. Ah well. There's always pencils and paper.
There is something very odd going on. I keep getting phone calls on my mobile at 7:30-ish. By 'keep getting' I mean it has only happened these past two days. I hardly ever have my phone with me when I'm at home. It lies in my room, while I lie on the sofa watching TV, lol! I have no idea who's calling. But whoever it is must be desperate. I had five missed calls from the same unknown caller.
At 7:30 I was watching my dad struggling to put together our TV cabinet thing. We got Digital TV today so we had to clean out all the tapes, DVD's, photo albums, CD's and electrical equipment from the TV thingy. And by 'we' I do actually mean 'me'. The Digital TV works just fine and the picture is really clear which is great, as we've been suffering from fuzzy picture with our cable for several years now. Our set top box was just getting older and the connections looser. So this is good. I am looking forward to watching the Comedy channel. I flipped through and saw my beloved Franky Wanky on it for a advertisement. He's all beardy now, lol!
Other than that... not much new.
My brother showed me this YouTube clip, called Don't Copy That Floppy. If they had advertisements like this now... well it would probably only make people pirate stuff even more, lol!
I am so chuffed! Simon the Sorcerer 4: Chaos Happens is coming out this year. This game series has to be one of my favourites. I love those Germans for loving Simon so much, otherwise there would be no fan base, lol! It's weird... Germans just love it Simon so much. I mean... I can understand why, because I loves him myself, but... the rest of you? Blah, who knows! Anyway, this should be great because after StS 3 (which I never finished because of the insanely annoying mini games and action and a horrible accident involving a save file right at the end of the game, and Ili being stupid and somehow managing to save over that file with a save file from the beginning of the game) ... ok that was too long for anyone to follow. In short... StS 3 broke from the traditional format of the game, to keep up with all the other games, but it flopped. The character was still awesome... nay, change that.. all the characters were still awesome! The humour was still right but the game play sucked because technology had advanced so much so that they didn't feel like the point and click format would work anymore. How wrong they were in thinking that. I am so looking forward to this next installment as they are going back to the roots. Always awesome. I just wish I knew how Simon defeated Sordid ... again, lol! Maybe I can find it somewhere. A Huge awesome squishy THANK YOU to Ro who's going all out trying to get me this game as a birthday present ^^ I highly doubt anyone will see this game in shops, especially down here in Australia.

Um... what else... I sat at a hairdressers on Wednesday while Ro was getting her hair cut, looking at magazines and taking photos of the pictures with my phone, lol. There's some great reference shots in there. I hope the photos will be usable.
I logged on and got all my tutorials too. So Ili is at Uni on Mondays 1 to 5. Tuesdays 9 to 1and Thursdays 9 to 12. Ugh. Sort of dreading it. I am concerned about how much the workload will be with me now doing Contemporary Arts and a Psychology unit. Double the essays, I am sure, and now exams as well. Poo. I can still remember what it felt like to have assessments lingering. All that stress and anxiety. It is one of the most disgusting feelings to have to be exposed to for such prolonged periods of time. I can't shake the memories of it because I know I'll continue having these feelings for as long as I continue studying. I'm going to try my best to become even more serious about my work this year. I do feel good because I feel like with each passing year I do reach my goal of trying harder. Of course... that is probably because of that mid year wake up call mark that says 'Ili, you are doing crap, pick yourself up before I have to kick myself in the butt in public and make you trip over and be humiliated horribly'.
MSN isn't working. And I am tired.
Oh.. OH! And dare I say 'Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo' to last weeks episode of CSI, as aired in the States. Just... 'Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo'. Damn it all, lol!
