This game is so fricking bizzare...

This is absurd!

I got post from Matty-poo today (THANK YOU LOOOOOOOVE!!!!) and I can't open it. Good packaging there XD And this is the sole reason why I keep a stanley knife close to my PC. To cut things with! WAHAHA!

I can't actually figure out how to operate the stuff on the DVD but I'll suss it out eventually ^^

It is... stifling today. The heat alone takes your breath away because it hits you so hard. Yes. Summer, you have finally shown up.

I'm housed in my Air Conditioned palace of wellbeing while a lot of my friends are dying in the heat right about now. And also, even though I am all for the environment and saving it.... I LOVE AIR CON!!! Ugh.

I've been outside in that swealtering clime some nutsos call 'good beach weather'. Had to buy apparel and new sandals. I felt so bad for the lady who had to find me shoes. Mum and I found black sandals (sadly black does go with everything -__-) but none of the sizes were good, especially since my left foot is bigger than my right. I could have fit into that 6.5 one if it weren't for my damn left foot. 7 wasn't any good either because the other shoe of that pair was missing. Same with 7.5 In the end, after having sent the shop assistant back and forth multiple times, and me profusely apologising for it all, I went with the size 8. They fit and aren't too big, so all is good.

I ate sushi today which made me feel a bit ill as I was eating it. Could have been because I wasn't even that hungry before I started eating it. Or maybe it was the avachado in it which made me start imagining it being like consuming snot. Whatever, I felt a bit queesy.

We also went to the Vet to see about Blacky's blood tests. Thank-fully his tests came back negative to anything unusual. On the other hand what he suffers from is more than likely epilapsy. What awaits my poor doglet is a life full of medication. At least it's only one tablet twice a day. The Vet is sticking him on a three months observation period and he's having another blood test done in a months time to monitor what the medication is doing to him on an internal level. My mum is now contemplating taking out some medical insurance on him, which might help with the financial demands placed on us from all sorts of vetinary visits.

So on an overall good note Blacky is going to live and if this medication works he'll be a lot better off. Good riddance. It breaks my heart having to see him sieze up like that time and time again.

Thanks to
donhiriel i now am a proud member of The Kingdom of Loathing, an online RPG community of sorts. You create your own character from 6 kinds. I chose Turtle Tamer, because the instant I saw it I fell in love. Your first objective when you join KoL is to go to Mt.Noob where the Toot Oriole sends you on little quests to climatise you to the game and some of its most basic features. The Noob Cave is a great place to gain some simple stat points, and the Dire Warren lets you kill vicious bunny rabbits. It's a fun game and is one of those text based and point and click things. There are clans to join, markets to visit and lots of adventures to be had.

Yesterday I got my first familiar. It was nothing else than a mosquito larvae. I took care of it and now Troody accompanies me on a fun killing spree. This game is so fricking bizzare and the text is very enjoyable. I really love it, hehehe!

I find it a strange coincidence that that night I ended up having two mosquitoes in my room. I was so very confortable in my bed, ready to fall asleep when that all too familiar buzzing came to my ear. I spent the next half hour on my own personal search and destroy mission. I got one after a while, and I swear it was mocking me and my height deficiency. At that point I wasn't aware that there were two mosquitos alive and after my blood. I lay back down and sure enough, just as I was dozing off again another buzzing came along. At 3:30am I had enough and wanted to bloody sleep. I chased after it, round and round we went, dancing across my room. I leaped from my bed to my chair but the damn thing was too fast. It disappeared into the clutter of my room. I gave up but I wasn't going to let this blood sucker have its last nasaly laugh. I got my good friend Aerogard and lathered myself up with its greasy smelly protective goodness. I really didn't want to sleep on my bed feeling so scungy but what can you do. The night passed on without further incident.

And here I will leave you with another song by Angela Aki. This one is called Onegai. A simple piano and vocal piece, but no less touching. Here are the translated lyrics, but I am really not sure if this version is correct, or the other one I know of. Both translation versions are total opposites of each other. But I suppose I have to trust this translation because even though the other one sounds better (and ANgela sounds happy when she's singing this) it translates the title as 'Wishes', when we all know onegai means 'Please'.

Onegai - Angela Aki

Give back my feelings
Give back my heart
Give back my affection
Give back my satisfaction

Come back to me
Give back my beauty
Give back my strength
I’ll come back to you
just give today back to me

Give back the kisses
Give back the back
Give back the dreams
I’ll come back to you
just give tonight back to me

Give back my feelings
Give back my heart
Come back to me
