New year, new ideas...
So, everyone has to make the necissary New years journal entry, and i'm included as well.
My New years was fun. i went over to Scott's house-- one of the guy's that i met during my scimester at college, and we hung out, ate some of my homebaked cookies, and watches some anime. We watched Fatal Fury the Movie, which was AWESOME! for such an old movie no corners were cut in it at all. then we watched something called "Memories" which was three 1/2 hour short animes, and then we wrang in the new year with Ninja Scroll... which i left half way through, and that was only to keep myself from ending up alseep on his couch, thank god for his natcho making otherwise i would have passed out earlier... it was weird also hanging with just ONE guy on my new years. i've never done that before and Scott was a riot too which made it all the fun.. this was the one time that, joel, i was glad you wern't there. it would have made the humor all the worse. :)
so after i got home, i woke up this morning and felt like going to breakfast, so i grabbed my brother and drove down there and got that... maybe i should have thought it over since i spent the last of my 20's from my check down there... but hey, people say i never think of anyone but myself (okay that's mainly mom's view) so i had to prove her wrong. Besides, i cant go spending too much money before April because SAKRURA CON 2005 is comming to town and i have to have enough for my hotel fee's since it seems it's just me and Erin that are going this year... somehow everyone else seems to be too busy or something, well screw them, they'll miss out on an awesome anime convention. i sent my registration in yesterday so i'm just waiting for my confirmation email to come my way so i know they got it.
tomorrow's Vampire! yay... i like playing my new character, Evenlyn is fun to play since she got ghouled and is taking it pretty easy, after all if your a knowlege whore, what's not aging but time to read and collect more... :) i even sorta made a Mage in the MUD that i am totally addicted to online kinda after her, but a bit more bubbly and innocent, but yeah that has nothing to do with anything. yay for rambling.
let's see oh resolutions,
surpisingly i didnt write any down or think about them for the new year either, just silently noted some of my stuff to myself.
for example, one of the guys from the mud that i talk to daily challenged me to do a 1200 calorie diet for a month. course being me i took the challenge and also broke it within about a 2 day span. so to show him up i'm gonna try it again... i figure i was under my limit today but tomorrow i'll take out my notebook and go to scribbling them out again.
other than that, which will accomplish some weight loss i hope, i want to simply get some money and move out with a good job, since i lost my fex ex job about three days ago. which just sucks because i totally enjoyed my job there. but hey, i guess that's what you get for having seasonal/peak jobs huh?
Quizno's is hiring i hear.. woot? nah, not really.
Oh i might get an MRI on my knee soon so i know exactly what is fucked up with it. that would be nice...
lah.. hmm... Oh yeah, one of the girls that i met at College was also interested in moving in with me now, she's so cool, but sometimes her friend base is a bit odd, i've met all of them and i went to a house party for some local friend bands that she went to see and it was weird... i didnt feel like i certainly fit in there... with all the men in dresses and bra's and stuff and the drinking and weird music, me, i had a ginger ale :) Lindsay bought for me. which was sweet of her for understanding and all. anyway, it's interesting to meet all the weird people who live in downtown. of course i left before the loudness could get busted by the cops because i didnt feel like explaining that to my parents if it did happen. just a being safe :)
