It's summer and I'm free of papers people want me to edit/fix/pretty much write for 'em. Feel free to send a chapter my way. (Might as well keep up with my english major skillz.) xP Oh, and does it matter if I haven't read all of the other chapters before? I'm not really reading for content, more for just mistakes, yes?

Thanks so much for replying. I'm really looking for someone that will edit for content, style, and continuity, but just a general editor would also be great towards the end when it comes down to the wire. I'll definitely try to send things your way when the time comes.

I would be more than willing to help as well, in whatever way that I can. (If it does matter, I'll be starting my third year of college as an English Literature major in the fall.) I'm not absolutely perfect on grammar but I'll do what I can! I'd love to help out, especially with such a great endeavor (ah, publishing, I'm so excited for y'all). m_kat44@yahoo.com, if you'd like. :D

Good luck!

Would you be willing to edit for content, style, voice, etc.? I'm really looking for someone that will let me know things like, "This paragraph doesn't flow with the rest of the chapter. It should be reworked" or "this sentence really isn't necessary," etc. I really want this to be the best it can, and I'd love for someone to be able to comment on how they feel the piece works as a whole aside from just grammar and all that nonsense. That stuff can get pulled together along the way.

That sounds great! I would definitely be willing to do that. I'll do anything I can, and give you my entirely honest opinion! Anything that you need. Plus, it's much more fun than looking for grammar, which is so technical and boring. XD

Hey there,

Honours English/writing degree holder here, with ridiculous amounts of editing time under my belt (fiction for fun/school; academic theses for pay). I'm not sure what level of editing you're looking for, but if you want thorough, hardcore stuff (structure, characterisation, plausibility, continuity, etc.) as opposed to just spelling/grammar/nitpicks, I've got loads of that. *grin*

I liked BNF a lot while you were posting it, and I'm always happy to see slash writers getting published, so! lorata AT gmail DOT com, if you like.

Please rest assured that my mis-typing the title's acronym is not an indication of my editing skills. *embarrassed groan*

I would definitely love to have you on board. I'm trying to get just a small group of betas together to get a few different viewpoints on things, so I'll hopefully be sending out an e-mail soon if you're still interested. Thanks!!

Hey
I would like to beta. Unfortunately, I do not have a year of college. In fact, I just finished my junior year of high school. I do write, however. If you would like to see some of my work, email me at hdshipper0808@yahoo.com. Well, thanks anyway.

Hmm I came into this whole thing rather late--was just exploring FictionPress for some good slash fiction, and came across BMF. So, I haven't read this, but I would like to help you guys out so you can be published, if you need it.

I'm an English major, starting my second official year this fall. My email is: lightshaded@gmail.com
