Argh!!!!!!
I really hate PCR right now. I am so frustrated with this whole process, it should be working and it's not and I am running out of options on how I can do this gut analysis stuff I need for my Master's thesis. At this point the gut analysis is really what's holding me up (well that an the fact that writing my thesis seems like pulling teeth). I do have another option, but it's frickin expensive as hell and I don't know if we have enough money in the budget to cover this whole new method. Again, restated ARGH! I have spent so much time and money and energy into trying to make the PCR analysis work for my project and for all reasons it should work! Leave it to science to be fickle when it should be straight forward.
