haha it's okay uhm all of us had gotten arrested within the next few days, because our friend had snitched on all of us
within about a month or so me &my boyfriend had court, and I had said yes to a lawyer, and he said he was going to defend himself
So, since i'm over 18 i didn't have comm service, I just ended up w/ getting charged for the lawyer plus court fees... It was my first offense, and I only had 1 charge for tagging, two for vandalism... I had only sprayed in a tiny area just fooling around ... so 1 vandalism charge is for ruining the property, and the other is tagging... which is weird, cause it counts as two?
But either way, both me and my boyfriend got the charges dropped, and got pre-trial probation or something like that
So i've got to pay like 150 or something in 60 days, and be on probation for 6 months... it was a year but they dropped it.
The other kids I was with either got comm. service &curfews... the others that are big graff artists that have like ...30 counts... well they're screwed hahaha... their court dates keep being put off.. i expect them to go to jail or juvie =/
