Getting deep in 5. 4. 3. 2. 1...
So, i got home from western two days ago & it seems like a lifetime. Western was the most amazing experience of my life & it changed me in a million ways. I realized that we don't need makeup to feel good about ourselves, we don't need cell phones, computers, tv's, movies, or anything like that to be entertained. all you really need to have a good time are two nalgenes, rain gear, and TONS of sunscreen. the people i met on this trip are the people i will know and love forever, and the things i did are the ones that i will never forget in my lifetime. beyond that, i fell in love for the first time, and i learned that there really is at least one amazingly perfect guy out there, who loves me for who i am, and not just what i look like or what i'll do. despite the distance, i know that we can make it through, and when homecoming comes along, that will be the most gratifying weekend, to know that we made it over two months without seeing each other & that we still love each other. 90 miles means nothing to me right now. Back to everyone else - every single person who stepped foot onto that pink & purple blue lakes bus on the morning of june 26 has affected my life in some way, and i thank you for that. i'm not going to keep going because i doubt that anyone is actually reading this, but WESTERN THREE, I LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING.
HUGS.
