That is definitely not always easy. I have had to make totally separate things for us sometimes, but the big boys do their own.
I LOVE meatless burgers... Boca burgers, Veggieburger brand, and Morningstar are all good. Really. Give them a try. Veggieburger Portabella burger is mushrooms, rice and spinach, and it's very good. I get whole grain sugarfree buns, and a burger is only 3-4 points. Lots of veggies, and I grill them a lot on the Foreman grill. They taste better that way.
For lunch I do wraps a lot, and I found some whole grain wraps at the store that are 2 points. Add a squirt of lowfat mayo or dressing, some lean lunch meat, and some lettuce or sprouts... yum!
Avoid white foods -- got that from Oprah and they aren't kidding. White flour and other simple carbs just make you want more.
Give yourself 2-3 days to adjust and you will feel LOTS less hungry. It's only bad for a couple of days, and then if you can get in the groove it is not that hard.

A typical day looks like this for me:
Breakfast: coffee w/ fat free vanilla creamer, half a whole grain bagel w/ whipped cream cheese
Lunch: wrap (mentioned above) and salad (lettuce, raw broc, sugar snap peas, pickled beets, marinated mushrooms, low fat honey mustard salad dressing)
Snack: South Beach diet 100 calorie snack bar OR Special K bar
Dinner: Meatless burger and baked fries OR WW/Lean Cuisine, salad, dessert is sugar free fudge bar or popsicle
Snack later: popcorn and coke (I allow myself one a day)
I know I'd get to eat more if I gave up the coke, but I love it, and it's my ONE a day.
Anyway, I've babbled enough. :-)
