Friday music post!
Four songs from different movies, all with music by A.R. Rahman. Pretty light-hearted stuff, especially Katrae. The first three songs are in Tamil, the last one in Hindi. The songs are uploaded on my own server, so please right click and save, and let me know if you're downloading :) And of course, I would love to know if you enjoyed them.
Download Katrae (meaning:Water) This is from the movie Rhythm, that I had uploaded another song (Nadhiye) from earlier.
Download Kannathil Muttamithal (meaning, literally, a kiss on the cheek) It's an interesting movie, about a little girl adopted by a south Indian couple, who goes looking for her biological mother after finding out she was adopted. Who happens to be one of the LTTE in Sri Lanka.
Download Athiradee Kaalam (no idea what it actually means, although it might have something vaguely to do with 'hero of the ages')
Download: Taal se Taal Mila (meaning approximately: Match my rhythm with yours, and no, not in the mind-in-the-gutter way :/) I really disliked the movie, but the songs are lovely.
