i sliced off the tip of my left-hand middle finger today in my bookmaking class. I was surprised to find out that there was no pain coming from the exacto-knife wound. i think i had just cut off only my callus and had just barely sliced off the layer of skin that would have made it super painful.
thank the lord for guitar playing.
from a die view you can see the unnaturally flat part of my finger.
it's a damn clean slice.

and now it is bleeding again
due to geetar
