(no subject)
How sad that it's stopped raining now. I walked out of work to go to lunch, and it had been raining steadily that morning and was still sprinkling then. The air was just... perfect. I never thought air could taste as good as it did then, it was almost soft. I must've looked silly, breathing in deeply as i walked out of the shopping center. Going back to work after lunch had the same effect on me. But then the doors to the shopping center opened, a cool artificial sweep of air overcame me and that moment was gone.
My spirits have been lifted considerably by the thought of buying presents and wrapping them. Had a big day of shopping yesterday. Plus wrapping. More wrapping today too :) Im looking forward to wrapping the very big box we got for Dima. I''m not quite sure how to go about it... I don't think the wrapping paper will be wide enough to cover the sides.... But I'll figure something out ^-^
What a nice thought.... the sun sets in the west. You must catch it and hold it for me so i can enjoy the night... then give it more light with a myriad of colours each sunrise.
