It may be time to panic

I have been on the go for work all this week and it's not been great for my back. Sitting is now  a problem too. What am I ancient? I resent this. I resent it a whole lot.

Still no writing done. I'm supposed to post Wednesday. Given that I'll be out long days Monday and Tuesday I only have this weekend. Crap. It takes me weeks to write anything decent.

Update 11:09:  I have a title now. Pah. halfway home then. (Gulp)
