my cat re-broke.

mr.rumikins must go the vet tomorrow. i have definitely decided, after several days of close observation, that he's not the cat he was a few weeks ago. his symptoms are reappearing and gradually worsening. he sleeps all the time, never plays, has lost weight, fills up the litterbox, doesn't get excited at food time, & i think he's even getting

good point. i'd hafta shave him again & wound his dignity. his skwindow still hasn't fully grown in from the initial shaving in november...

$100= 5 vet visits to have them do it. & that's not too bad. i'd pay that to save him the mental anguish of car-trips to kittyhell. but the 'where to prick' is a bigger dilemma- he won't let touch his paws, much less stick a needle in one. he's rather prissy about his feets. (someone declawed his fronts before he decided to move in w/ me.)

i wish i could find a hot, single 30-something vet guy... that'd totally rock.

OMG! (my apartment is all vinyl tile) so rumi does that too- he has to wind up before he can get going- just like wile e. coyote after the roadrunner... & then when he takes a corner fast, sometimes he'll slide out & hit the wall- LOL love those little tufty feets!

exactly! i call rumi teh Regal Beastie, b/c of the magnificence of his stately profile. so i love it when he attacks a spot of paint on the floor like he's gonna kill it & murder it dead.

do you ever nip your fuzzies? rumi has a plastic bag of catnip that he's been tossing around for about 8 years now. it's got little teeth-holes all in it, so he's always got a fine sprinkling of green dust on him whenever he finishes a game of toss-n-catch-n-roll-all-over-it w/ himself.

and watching that= true happiness. :)
