sto lavorando sul progetto d'animazione d'argilla... & i'm overwhelmed w/ cat.
yay! i miei coinquilini sono a casa! my roomies are back! & rand seems to have brought the plague w/ him- he said he had a horrid fever yesterday & he's all flu-like now. he showed me the photo he took with his phone of the back of George Lucas' head in the theatre, all stalker-styley. i can recognize the hairdo... if i can get, i will post. :D
today, in addition to rapidly expanding my vocabulario of animation-related words, angelo & i discussed my plan to stay in italy for a month or more next year. he says i should find a job there, because now i speak well. *blushes & sparkles* aw, shucks... i dunno... by the time i actually get back over there, i should be able to speak rather well, especially if angelo & i continue a questa velocita'... we must be averaging about 12 hours a week now...
anyway... the cats have not yet reverted to their habitual patterns. but i guess that is to be expected. they are creatures of routine & resistent to change. the Fat One didn't even notice rand was gone for 3 whole days... but then he's only got enough brain capacity to determine if he's hungry or not. & he is, perpetually. i assume that it will be another 3 days before he stops hanging out in my room & thereby upsetting my delicate Rumi. furthermore, the Squeaky One climbed into MY lap to snuggle during TV Time, instead of his papa's lap, a mere 5 feet away. this is very same cat that once blacked my eye & spent 2 months biting my ankles every time i stepped in his general direction. silly beast.
maddie said rumi looks like he's lost weight & this worries me. he hasn't eaten well lately, mostly due to being harassed & robbed by the other cats. especially the Fat One currently sleeping in my closet... so i'd like a little reinstatement of routine, please- for rumi's sake. it's been rather chaotic the past few months w/ all the travelling & stuff. poor kitty. & i am now trapped here at the computer until he wakes up from his nap in my lap. so i am sitting as still as possible & typing as quietly as i can... sweet kitty...
