orbitz is teh suxxorz! bastardi! my airline changed their schedule, & no one told me. i arrived in DC 5 minutes after my new connector flight to germany had left. convenient that, eh? the woman on the phone couldn,t understand why that was a problem. it,s about noon local time in frankfurt germany... it,ll be 6.00 pm by the time i get to florence. in transit for 24 hours. yup. i can,t find the freakin apöstrophe on this weird german keyboard.
