Went for a run..

It was super short.. I ran for ten minutes, then ended up walking for another fifteen... But oddly I feel accomplished. I feel like this was the first step for me to get back into running. My grandma bought me new capri style Nike pro running tights for the Summer and I'm loving them already. They're the Nike version of Under Armour's "Heat Gear", so they wick away moisture and they keep you cool as you run. I think I may be in love with Nike! It's going to be a serious problem... I want to invest in a couple of pairs of the Nike Pro short spandex shorts too. They come in so many fun colors and it'll be a great way for me to inspire myself to run more often. I really want to start running everyday. I keep telling myself that I will, but luckily I think the weather is on my side now that it's getting closer to Summer. I want to get back into good shape that way I don't look horrible once I put back on my bathing suit. I know right now I would not feel comfortable wearing it, even though I feel like I'm confident in myself. I just need to keep watching what I put into my body and definitely need to step up my exercise. I've been walking a lot, which is going ot help in the long run, but I need to keep lifitng twice a week with Alaina, and hopefully I'll get to do some intensive spin work during these upcoming weeks. I really do love the spin bike.. I think I may have found a passion.

I'm surprised that I've posted three times within the past two days.. That's definitely not like me. I guess I just had a lot on my mind.
