Who would want to have such a prisoner, take him to the court etc. when it's much easier and safer to kill this crazy motherfucker? Authority tramples democratic principles, nobody's got surprised. But why to be such pathetic liars? Why not tell from the beginning that it's an assassination? Well, because of the same principles, it's much easier to deal with them afterwords, so with the legal issues.
