I've been awol for a while.

Um I'm posting cause I can and because I wanna vent and I don't really care if anyone reads it.
(takes in deep breath)
I am so angry at people who wont do their freakin jobs! If you're getting paid to do something you dammed well better do it. I don't care what your excuse is:
- I'm tired,
- they don't pay me enough to do this,
- the inevitible "stuff" is going on at home,
- I'm too young to know anything,
- and my current favorite, I have seniority you do it.
- Well I have news for you, I'm tired to but I still work three times a hard as you do.
- I Don't get paid much more than you do and if you want more freakin money go back to school and get a better job
- "stuff" happens to all of us but that doesn't mean you should bring it to work. leave your "stuff" at home where it belongs.
- You are not too young to know anything. Just because you're 18 doesn't mean I should have to micromanage you. You should know how to do BASIC stuff like dishes and laundry I don't care who you are. If you don't shame on you for never learning and shame on your parents for spoiling you rotten!
- Well if your seniority means all that much then how come I have the management postion and you don't? What's that? Oh, you weren't asked cause you have no management skills or the drive needed to be a manager? Then shut up and respect my authority!
