Pissed off
Returned to Jandowae for the weekend and in my mail I recieved a nasty little letter which concerned a certian clientelle lunch box. This is my first letter of warning and I belive that I should not have recieved that letter mainly due to not being qualified to work with disability. I'm currently in training so I believe that a memo should have sent to all residential staff not certain residential staff. To me that is picking on staff that the co-ordinator prefer not to have working. One staff from the house is now resigning due to this matter [she and I recieved the same letter and it is just picking on staff], so now I'm planning on heading in the same direction. Just got to think of a good resignation letter. After reading the letter I actually cried [no jokes] before I went to scouts, which scouts made me better and slighlty stress free for the night. lol.
