Bickering
I am now getting bored with work. Been there as a casual for nearly 2 years [the longest time I've been in a job] and at the end of last year there was talk about me going permanent casual this year. In the middle of the year now and it never happened. I am now feeling like I'm being used by them, I am looking for other work just to get rid of the boredom. I like to be kept busy and I'm not getting that at my place of work at the moment, hoping to find another job that will take away the boredom and have better hours.
