It's all about Facebook lately.

So where was I?
Nobody pays any attention to LJ anymore.
Everybody's doing everything on Facebook.
Instead of blogging, you change your status in Facebook to "is going to eat sushi with the guys!" and then after a few hours you're back with a gazillion pics that you can tag with your friends' names, so you don't even have to TELL them about it and after a few minutes they'll run over to ply with "lol dude i look SO high in this one"
Too bad it doesn't do a very good job logging what you actually feel about things. On Facebook, all you have is friends. You don't have any slot for ENEMIES. You can't add a person to a black list and write "This guy used to pick on me back in junior high", "This girl was my first crush and turned out to be a total BITCH", or how you felt WHEN all those things happened.
......Which, now that I'm thinking about it, might be a good thing. Facebook is an incredibly powerful tool for connecting with people you haven't seen for ages, people you haven't seen EVER, or even people you were DELIBERATELY TRYING NOT TO SEE for years. LJ can't do that, here all you do is complain.
.....I like complaining tho. Nothing helps you release stress better than a full paragraph of foul language. And follies. And fornications. And for crying out loud, I'm beginning to Krumpet o.o
I've started taking guitar lessons. It's cool. Basically after two lessons I can play any minor or major chord in existence. no 7's or dim's or whatever yet, but I'll get to it. When it's your third instrument you move very quickly in it. Beisdes, Guitar is really freakin' easy. No wonder the whole world and their wife plays guitar.

I've also started playing FF4DS in English. The Japanese version was obviously way better, and the english voice acting is.....lacking at best, but the translation itself is great. I've only played for a couple of hours, but so far I have zero complaints. And they kept Kain's voice ridiculously low like in Japanese, so I'm pleased.
I'm gonna start another band with Shai Krumpet and Era.
Because we can.
