Book 13 is a Million Suns by Beth Revis

Summary From BandN.com:
"Godspeed was fueled by lies. Now it is ruled by chaos.

It's been three months since Amy was unplugged. The life she always knew is over. And everywhere she looks, she sees the walls of the spaceship Godspeed. But there may just be hope: Elder has assumed leadership of the ship. He's finally free to enact his vision - no more Phydus, no more lies.

But when Elder discovers shocking news about the ship, he and Amy race to discover the truth behind life on Godspeed. They must work together to unlock a puzzle that was set in motion hundreds of years earlier, unable to fight the romance that's growing between them and the chaos that threatens to tear them apart.

In book two of the Across the Universe trilogy, New York Times bestselling author Beth Revis mesmerizes us again with a brilliantly crafted mystery filled with action, suspense, romance, and deep philosophical questions. And this time it all builds to one mind-bending conclusion: They have to get off this ship."

My Thoughts:
This is the sequel to Across the Universe. A lot of YA series fall apart at book two. Thankfully this wasn't the case with A Million Suns. I enjoyed this book. It reminded me of an old fashioned dystopia set in the future. Does this make sense?
7.5/10

Book 14 is Fever by Lauren Destafano

Summary From BandN.com:
"Rhine and Gabriel have escaped the mansion, but they're still in danger. Outside, they find a world even more disquieting than the one they left behind.

Determined to get to Manhattan and to find Rhine's twin brother Rowan, the two press forward, amidst threats of being captured again . . . or worse.

The road they are on is long and perilous-and in a world where young women only live to age 20 and men die at age 25, time is precious. In this sequel to Lauren DeStefano's harrowing Wither, Rhine must decide if freedom is worth the price-now that she has more to lose than ever."

My Thoughts:
Another second in a series book. Still no disappointment. The beginning was hard to read but at the same time I couldn't put it down. I think sometimes things were added for shock, which was annoying, but I still liked it.
7/10

Book 15 is the Fault in Our Stars by John Green

Summary From BandN.com:
"Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten.
Insightful, bold, irreverent, and raw, The Fault in Our Stars is award-winning author John Green’s most ambitious and heartbreaking work yet, brilliantly exploring the funny, thrilling, and tragic business of being alive and in love."

My Thoughts:
A cancer book that is not a cancer book. People like John Green's quirky characters. I prefer his real ones. The problem I've had with Green in the past is that his characters seem to try to hard. Especially Alaska in Looking For Alaska. Augustus almost fell into that trap, but not quite. I think Green has mastered his character development.
