Первый раз сделала штоллен, где-то месяц назад - выдержанный как положено, не знаю как насчет
того что он стал лучше, но хуже точно не стал! =)) как всегда следовать рецепту не получилось,
делаю всегда на свой вкус =) с грецкими орехами, изюмом, вяленой клюквой и канталупой, и таки
вот что я вам скажу - это нечто! Кто еще не пробовал - дерзайте, оно того стоит! С Рождеством!

Вариации на тему штоллен по-дрезденски:
Ингредиенты (на 2 штуки) - 1кг. муки,
60 г свежих дрожжей, 500 мл молока,
180 г сахара, 400 г размягченного
сливочного масла, "от себя" + 6 яиц.

"начинка" тоже на свой вкус: кому что нравится изюм, цукаты, сухофрукты, орехи.
я замачивала все в роме + добавляла в тесто, так же,
по желанию можно добавить корицу, гвоздику, ванильный сахар.

готовый горячий штолен полить растопленным сливочным маслом
(это еще где-то + 125г. масла), остывший обильно посыпать пудрой.
