Slow and steady wins the race, right? Maybe the fact that I'm lifting weights (and therefor adding muscle) is slowing the weight loss but not the fat loss. Somehow, six pounds doesn't seem like much, but I have lost a whopping two inches off my waist, so who knows?
Now that the weather is warming up, I think it's time to buy a bike again - I really miss cruising all over Manhattan like I used to, and it'd be good exercise. I don't really have time to spend half an hour a day on a treadmill, but I could bike to work, school, etc - I've actually found that biking often saves time over the subway. We'll see.
