Tech AU Character Stats, yey!
This is the sister to lolliscythe 's entry of her tech muses. It's also designed to help me get more of a feel for them by getting into their heads.

Tech!Sasuke:
Type: Mechanoid
Height: 5'8 and 2/3
Age: Four years old since his make, physically around eighteen, and has a varying mentality level.
Weight: Over two tons when offline and around 98-120 depending on his systems when online.
Eyes: Black. Turns red with a 'star' pattern in black around the pupil called Sharingan Four that allows his systems to dramatically increase in functionality and allows him to self-evolve, self-improve, and self-heal.
Hair: Black. Wears various streaks of various colours in it. It's shortish and worn in a bedhead like style that changes frequently.
Skin: Pale. Verrryyy pale. He looks ethereal and like death warmed over all at once.
Relationships:
Itachi - Brother, admires and respects him. Thinks of him as the only being he can ever fully trust and sees him as a mentor. He's learned much about life from him.
Madara: Respects him, doesn't know too much about him but trusts him on a family-like level.
Tobi: Annoyed by him by most of his antics, but respects him all the same. First learned to laugh by his stupidity. Jealous of having to share Itachi's attention with him.
Shikamaru: Met by accident, had a tryst with, and unknowningly drags him into his affairs and through it all, falls head over heels for. Currently doesn't understand his feelings for him, but trusts him oddly enough despite not knowing much about him. The first human he's ever had contact with.Also the only one other than Itachi that he will act his real self around.
Everyone else: Either midly aquainted through Shikamaru or some form of interaction and holds no real bond towards them.

Personality: Bold, stubborn, curious, and headstrong on the outside. He's levelheaded and though wary and unknowing much about the human world, he approaches it without fear and takes it in stride. He's easy to anger. He's one of four models of Mechanoid that are S Class and S.E.A.I's. He's allowed wireless communications to self-adapt to any situation, has a program called Sharingan Four that allows him to Self-Evolve, Self-Restore, and Self-Improve. He is a mixture of robotics, technology, and actual human parts combined into one. He was not programmed with the laws of Robotics and in an act of desperation to escape the harmful testings and save his brother's slowly degrading sanity, killed their creators and escaped. On the inside, he is shy, insecure, and very unsure of himself. He hates his creators with a burning passion even from beyond their graves and hopes they suffer in hell. He carries data inside of him that could very well place the entire existence of mankind in danger if paired with the twin data Itachi carries. He is the assault type of the two, being made as the agile, fast, and stronger of the two. He relies more on submerging himself into humanity rather than studying and analyzing it through his abilities to understand. Loves music and dancing, and prefers Techno music over all.

Tech!Itachi:
Type: Mechanoid.
Height: 5'11 and 3/4's.
Age: Eight years since his make, physically around his early twenties, has the mentality of the same if not older in most parts.
Weight: Over three tons when offline, around 116-132 depending on his regulating systems.
Eyes: Black. Turns red with four wheels in them when he enters Sharingan Four state. Gives him the same abilities as Sasuke.
Hair: Black, worn long in a low ponytail in back with streaks through his bangs.
Skin: Same as Sasuke's. Aka PALER THAN DEATH. *shot*
Relationships:
Shisui: Former lover and fellow mechanoid, he too carried the Sharingan program, though at the time it had only been Sharingan Three. Was the original Prototype for Itachi, but the overload to his systems drove him insane and Itachi was forced to kill him. He still feels guilty for what he did and became how he is after it.
Madara: Good friend and confidant, Sasuke's prototype. Managed to avoid going insane like Shisui by creating an alter ego. Hates himself and loathes his alter ego's existence. Itachi respects and trusts him very much.
Tobi: Madara's alter ego. Amused with, respects, and humors a lot by acting as a surrogate brother to him.
Sasuke: Little brother. The stronger of the two, and Itachi acknowledges this even if Sasuke himself doesn't. Does his best to look after and teach him as best as he can. Feels guilty for putting the burden of his own guilt to drive him to kill their creators.
Gaara: Ran into him by chance while searching for Sasuke, he feels he owes him for allowing him to stay at his house while looking. Admires his prowess in writing and intellectuality. Finds himself falling in love with him through time and is quite unsure whether to allow himself to love again, even he makes him feel happy. Smiles a lot more around him.
Akamaru: Loves his theorisms and discussing scientific and historical things with him. Prefers to hang around with him or Gaara rather than get involved in the other's insanity.
Everyone else: Friendly, respectul, if not withdrawn to.

Personality: Quiet, friendly, if not a little wary. He's intellectual and enjoys studying into theorisms and the like. Is not as curious as Sasuke when it comes to how human's are and prefers to observe their tendencies from afar rather than jump into them. He's afraid to get hurt and keeps everyone minus Sasuke and Madara/Tobi at arm's length. He bares a lot of guilt. He is the defensive one of him and Sasuke, prefering to fight only if he must and will incompacitate instead of kill if he can. He generally aims to disable. Believes there is more to be found in knowledge than experiencing. As such, he can be a little more than arrogant when it comes to debates about it. He is not one to anger easily. He likes classical music but won't complain to a change. He likes playing the piano.

Height: 6'1"
Weight: Four tons approximately. Around 140ish when online.
Age: About a year physically. Acts like a wise old man half of the time. Unless he's high. (Thanks to Kiba and Saku.)
Eyes: Brown with speks of yellow through it and a blue ring around the iris similar to dog's eyes with their speckledness.
Hair: Natural colour: White-ish red. Like an extremely faded red colour but not pink-like. But wears it neon in many colours and streaks and you can never tell it's his actual colour because it blends in. Kiba and Kanky do his hair for him.
Skin: Paleish. Not as pale as Itachi or Sasuke's. A normal everydayish pale colour. Not white, but not pink or tan.
Relationships:
Kiba: His 'master', bestfriend, lover, and someone to lower his IQ. Met him after Kanky and Shika convinced Kiba to enter a contest and won him. Didn't like him at first due to his stupidity but soon learned to adapt and will do anything for him.
Kanky: ask;dhk;afjahjksdhflasdh LOVES HIM IN A NON SEXUAL OR ROMANTIC WAY LIKE WOAH. He's someone he can be smart with to counteract Kiba's stupidity and feels at least like he gains a bit of his intellegence back when speaking with him. Enjoys bouncing ideas back and forth with him.
Tema: Loves her beats, but doesn't know her that well, but respects her all the same.
Saku: Loves her, pretty much worships her and will do anything for her. Nuff said.
Itachi: THE OTHER PERSON HE LOVES IN A NON SEXUAL OR ROMANTIC WAY. Because he's smart and he looks up to him with all the historical, scientific wisdom and theories he possesses. He doesn't know him really well outside of that and respects his privacy so he doesn't ask.
Sasuke: Doesn't really know that well, but can see well enough he's good for Shika and so he lets it be. He's vaguely amused by his ever-curiousness but still awed by how much knowledge he does possess. Often time wonders if he has a dual personality or if he just slips sometimes in his 'walls'.
Everyone else: Either doesn't know or doesn't know real well.

Personality: Pretty much the 'wise man' of the bunch, often countering Kiba's (or Shika's) high and stupid ideas with complex theories that leaves Kanky loving him that much more and Kiba's brain dying with Shika agape. He's down to earth, but can have fun when he allows himself to. He doesn't particularly agree much to the activities Kiba submits himself to. He's a rare prototype mechanoid for a model release that's due in a year or two. So it's to be expected he has a few bugs in his system. He can shift back and forth between a humanoid form and an animal-like one. He looks like a huge perinese dog when he's shifted. People could actually ride on him. Actually, nevermind, Kiba has already. He's part of a strange but awesome OT3 consisting of Kiba, himself, and Saku. Don't ask how it happened, we're not entirely sure, either. Other than that, he's pretty much your typical stability-force when it comes to countering the mass stupidity that tends to mass when Kiba gets insane ideas.
