big knobby tires
Christmas day and it was above zero this morning, so got to go running in the brisk three degree morning. Its really not that bad once you get going as long as there is no wind.
What ever happened to snow tires? I remember when I was a child my father had different tires and rims he used during the winter. we do not use tire chains in Michigan but we did use snow tires. Then it was like one year someone created this ultimate all weather tire that changed everything. Snow tires were the those thin knobby tires that cut thru the snow like nothing else. I wanted a set of snow tires last week. A foot of snow fell last week and it created quite a mess. If I stick around I will have to purchase a snowmobile
